Checksumming is blocking backup

Hi there

How come you allow (unfortunately only) 6 concurrent uploads.

But if it needs to checksum a file, it blocks everything until it is done. Only checksums a single file.

For small files that is not a problem, but for me it really slows everythings things down, because i have a lot of huge drone video files i need to backup.
