Problems with syncing and files download

Hello, I have two problems.

I use Jottacloud on two computers, a Macbook and an iMac. The upload to Jottacloud works on both computers but I can only download the changed files on my Macbook. My iMac does not download changed files from my Macbook. Which is a huge problem since I work on my laptop at school and would like to continue working on my home computer.

Second problem is, I can't download files from Jottacloud directly. Files like .pdf or .doc are downloaded as .zip files without content. I'm not really sure whether that is a new problem or if it worked in the beginning.

I'd really appreciate your help.
