Sync problem with shared folders

Our account (call it "A") has shared folders with 3 other users who have Jottacloud installed on their computers.

Here is what happens:

1. I put a file from "A" to a Shared Folder.
2. It syncs without a problem on a computer of the user called "B".
3. "B" user adds a file to the same shared folder.
4. I receive a notification that something was changed.
5. I then go to the Jottacloud folder on my computer but the file is not there. The file did not sync.

I would be very grateful if you could let me know how can I resolve this problem, as without a working synchronization we can not use Jottacloud.
