Syncing between two computers, one file never gets synced

I have 2 Windows 8 computers syncing a shared folder with Jottacloud. On one of the computers, there is one file that never gets downloaded. I don't know which one, it's just that the Jottacloud icon on the taskbar is forever spinning and inside the application it says "Downloaded: 0/1 files" at the bottom.

What can I do about this? I have tried restarting the application and the computer, but it hasn't made any difference.

There are no files in the "Overføringer" ("Transfers"?) tab in the application.
